OTHER PROJECTS FROM USAL AND INCIBE

The collaboration between the University of Salamanca (USAL) and the National Institute of Cybersecurity (INCIBE) is based on a multidisciplinary approach that combines applied research, technological development and academic training to offer innovative solutions to current challenges in cybersecurity.

Within this framework of cooperation, in addition to the International Chair in Blockchain for Cybersecurity (CYBERCHAIN), USAL and INCIBE promote several complementary initiatives. In particular, the BISITE research group leads the  development of two strategic projects, CSDT and SCRIN, as well as two INCIBE challenges, SecurSentry and VigIA. In addition, both institutions promote cybersecurity training for educational centres and the general public through CyberCamp.  This alliance reinforces their commitment to scientific excellence and digital transformation in an increasingly dynamic and demanding environment.

CSDT

The CSDT project focuses on researching and developing a cyber-secure platform for the exchange of digital tokens, based on energy-efficient distributed ledger technologies (DLT).

CyberCamp-USAL

Talks and workshops delivered by cybersecurity experts, targeted at educational centres (both staff and students) and the general public.

SCRIN

The SCRIN project focuses on improving cybersecurity for the Internet of Things (IoT). It aims to strengthen the resistance and resilience of IoT devices, infrastructures, and networks against cyber-attacks.
